UK Shipping
The charge listed is automatically applied to all online orders for packing and shipping. On occasion, with heavy or large items, we may need to apply an additional charge which we’ll confirm to you prior to shipping. We aim to despatch UK orders within 2 working days.
All orders are shipped by either Royal Mail, Parcel Force or a reputable courier service. You will be provided with tracking information and should ensure there is somebody at the delivery address to receive and sign for your purchase.
Choose Click & Collect at checkout for free collection from either our Battle or Hastings outlets. We’ll get in touch to arrange a suitable location, day and time.
International Shipping
International shipping costs will be determined by the size and weight of the package and the delivery destination.
Our website will automatically apply an initial charge as above for packing and shipping on all online orders and we’ll contact you to confirm any additional costs within 2 business days. Alternatively, please contact us for shipping quotes before you purchase. We aim to despatch to international destinations within 3 working days.
Please note: customs and import duties and taxes vary from country to country and you may be liable for additional charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information on costs and procedures.
Returns Policy
Conditions of Return
We are regularly complimented on our customer service and your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. You can purchase from us online with confidence, safe in the knowledge that if an item is not as described or illustrated by us, you can return it to us for an alternative item or a refund.
To be eligible for a return and/or refund, we must receive written notification from you within 2 days of your receipt of an item, and we must receive the item back within 7 days of your receipt for UK orders, and within 10 days of receipt for international orders. We must receive the item in the same condition in which we sent it to you. Unfortunately, after 7/10 days respectively we cannot offer an alternative or refund.
Refund
We will contact you once the returned item has arrived, its condition has been ascertained, and confirm eligibility for an alternative or refund. Assuming all is well, an alternative will be shipped or the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
